Questions, answered

Do I need to change my email provider?

No. Your normal inbox (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or anything else) stays exactly as it is. PuffinMail only sends your marketing and store emails.

Can I bring my existing list?

Yes. We import your contacts from Mailchimp or a spreadsheet, including people who previously unsubscribed, so they stay unsubscribed.

Which stores do you support?

WooCommerce and Magento 2 today. Using something else? Get in touch and tell us what you run.

Where is my data stored?

In Sydney, Australia. Your contacts and email history never leave the country.

Is it Spam Act compliant?

Every email identifies your business and includes a working unsubscribe link, and opt-outs are honoured across campaigns and automations. You remain responsible for having consent to email your contacts.

Can I leave?

Yes. Plans are month to month and you can export your contacts at any time.
